Zach Levin is the In-House Counsel at Leafwell, advising on multi-state cannabis compliance, telehealth regulations, and business strategy. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, with a concentration in administrative, corporate, and regulatory law.
An active advocate for cannabis justice, Zach does volunteer work with expungement clinics in Miami-Dade County and pro bono work for local small cannabis businesses. He entered the cannabis industry to honor a late family member whose end-of-life care was profoundly improved by medical cannabis.
